ARREST OF NAZI AGENTS
MILITARY PLAN FOR SEIZURE SEIZURE OF DOCUMENTS United Press Assn.—Elec. Tel. Copyright) BUENOS AIRES, Aug. 11 The police have arrested Arnult Fuhrmann, the confessed author of a Nazi military plan for the seizure of Uruguay as a German colony. The Uruguayan police seized corlespondence showing that Fuhrmann was an international leader of the anti-Semitic agitation in South America, also leader of plans for armed action whenever and wherever desirable. A document outlining military plans for the seizure of Uruguay was found in Fuhrmann’s files and was admittedly in his handwriting, but he claimed it was merely a joke. The German Minister at Monte Video made a statement in Uruguayan newspapers that Fuhrmann was an Argentine citizen of weak mentality and could not be taken seriously.
