Copyrlftit) LONDON, Aug. 12 It is reported from Russia that Spain is preparing to enter the war on the side of Germany and Italy. The Moscow radio says that Madrid has ordered all Spanish ships to return to Spanish ports or proceed to neutral ports. A censorship has been placed on all mail. • Spain, the Moscow radio states, is waiting to see the results of Italian action in the Eastern Mediterranean The Spanish Ambassador in London called on the Permanent Undersecretary to the Foreign Office at the end of last week, and delivered a Note drawing attention to the recent British measures of contraband control and generally reserving the right of the Spanish Government in connection with them.
