INTENTIONS OF BRITAIN DEBATES IN PARLIAMENT (omcfal Wireless) (Received August 12, 11 a.m.) RUGBY, August 11 The House of Lords next Wednesday will hold a debate on India, following the answer of Mr L. C. Amery, Secretary of State for India in reply to a question in the House of Commons last Thursday and the issue of a White Paper with the terms of the Governor-General’s authorised statement of the Government’s intentions in the constitutional question.
