LITHUANIAN FREIGHTER (United Press Assn.—Elec. Tel. copyright) (Received August 10. 1 p.m.) RIO DE JANEIRO, Aug. 9 Marines occupied the Lithuanian freighter Cultvaira, which is under United States charter, after the freighter had been ordered to Murmansk.
