Reynolds has returned , to Hamilton from a short visit to Waihi. • • * * Miss Ross, Wanganui, is visiting her niece, Mrs T. G. Reynolds, Hamilton. Mrs Cliff Reid, Patetonga, is visiting her mother, Mrs F. E. Mason, Hamilton. * • * * Miss Audrey Seddon, Hamilton, is visiting Auckland as the guest of Mrs W. McNicol. * * * * Mrs Hayes Lloyd, Hastings, is on a visit to Hamilton, and is the guest of her mother, Mrs A. Lonsdale. * * * * Mrs W. B. Pomeroy, Hamilton, and her daughter, Miss Ray Pomeroy, are spending a holiday in Rotorua. * * * * Mrs J. Campbell, Auckland, is the guest of her sister-in-law, Mrs J. B. Pomeroy, Hamilton, this week-end. * * * * Mrs Spence Fry, who has been visiting her sister, Mrs H. Laync, Hamilton, has returned to Hawera. Miss Gwen Moore, Cambridge, •who has been visiting her mother, Mrs W. Moore, has returned to Auckland. * * * * Miss M. E. Bailey, of Auckland, who has been on an extended holiday to Cambridge is visiting friends in Hamilton. * * * * Mrs Pat Ward, Wellington, is spending the week-end in Hamilton, as the guest of her sister-in-law, Mrs H. R. Gwynne. * * * * Mrs Bruce Anderson, who has been visiting Mrs Hugh Morton, Hamilton, leaves next week for her home in Brisbane. * * * * Miss Nancy Armstrong, Cambridge, has returned to her home after paying a brief visit to her sister, Mrs Harry Wing, Te Awamutu. * * * * Mrs Allan Shaw, accompanied by Mrs T. J. Shaw, Hamilton, is in Wellington to bid goodbye to her husband, Pilot Officer A. Shaw, N.Z.A.F., who is leaving for overseas. • • * * After a two-year sojourn in London, Miss Vivien Cox, daughter of Mr and Mrs E. W. Cox, of O’Neill Street, is expected to arrive home shortly. Miss Cox was for a time on the staff of New Zealand House, and later was private secretary to the managing director of Mining and Chemical Products, Ltd., London, a firm actively associated with the manufacture of aeroplane requirements. TE AWAMUTU Mrs Hilton Thompson is visiting the Chateau Tongariro. • • • * Miss Easy is on an extended tour of the Taranaki districts. • • • • Mrs P. N. Stephens has left to spend several days in Hastings. * * * * Mrs H. Spencer is visiting her daughter, Mrs Allan Brown, of Wellington. • * * • Mrs Ray Judd, who has been on a visit to New Plymouth, has returned home. * * * • Mrs S. H. Wanklyn, who has come to reside in Te Awamutu, is at present staying at the Commercial Hotel.
