INSURANCE PLAN ANNOUNCED PREMIUMS PAID BY PUBLIC PREMIER LEADS THE WAY (,United Press Assn.—Elec Tel. Copyright) (Received August 10, 11.45 a.m.) SYDNEY, August 10 A plan to insure each member of the fighting forces for £2OO, the annual premiums to be paid by voluntary public subscription, has been announced by the Premier. In commending the scheme to the public, he said he would accept liability for premiums on five policies.
