AND IN THE MATTER of the Estate of Sydney Gubb of Pukemiro in the Provincial District of Auckland Baker deceased. PURSUANT to an Order made by a Judge of the Supreme Court of New Zealand at Hamilton on Thursday the Ist day of August 1940 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that all creditors and other persons having claims against the estate of the above named Sydney Gubb who died on or about the 12th day of December 1939 and Probate of whose will was granted on the 15th day of March 1940 are hereby required to send in their claims together with written particulars thereof to the Executor THE GUARDIAN TRUST AND EXECUTORS COMPANY OF NEW ZEALAND LIMITED at its offices in South British Insurance Building, Shortland Street, Auckland on or before the 10th day of September 1940: AND NOTICE IS HEREBY FURTHER GIVEN by the Executor that after the said 10th day of September 1940 the Executor proposes to distribute the assets of the deceased among the parties entitled thereto having regard to the claims of which the Executor has then notice and in such event pursuant to Section 74 of “The Trustee Act 1908” the Executor having given the notice directed by the aforesaid Order will not be liable for the assets so distributed to any person of whose claim the Executor had no notice at the time of the distribution of the said assets.
