BOMBING OF HAIFA NOTIFICATION TO DICTATORS (United Press Assn. —Elec. Tel. Coovrlftot) JERUSALEM, August 8 A mass meeting of Arabs bitterly condemned the Italian air raids on Haifa and the Italian boadcasts which alleged that the Arabs welcomed the bombs as an opportunity to loot the Jews. An official of the Moslem Society, Azmidabah, in a speech, said: “We must let the Italians and Germans know the Arabs are not a ball to be tossed about at will.”
