SATURDAY MORNING WORK (By Telegraph.—Special to Times) AUCKLAND, Monday The employees at the foundry of Booth, Macdonald and Company, Limited, at Penrose, adopted the following resolution at a special meeting:—“That this meeting of employees wishes to convey to the Government our desire to do our utmost to further New Zealand’s war effort. V. e accordingly oner our services on Saturday mornings for four hours at ordinary rates of pay, the starting and stopping times to be arranged by mutual agreement between management and workers.”
