GREAT GROWING STRENGTH LEAD 'WORLD IN 1943 (United Press Assn Cieo. Tel. Copyright) (Received July 30, 1 p.m.) STOCKHOLM, July 29 Rear-Admiral Stainis, commander of the Russian fleet in Latvian waters, has issued a statement that the Soviet Navy is now stronger than the German and Japanese fleets combined.
He expected it would be the world’s strongest by 1943.
