PROTEST BY AMBASSADOR “ FREEZING OF CREDITS ” (United Press Assn.—Elec. Tel. Copyright) (Received July 30, 1.10 p.m.) LONDON, July 29 The Russian Ambassador, M. Maisky, has protested to Britain agains" the “ freezing ” of Estonia. Latviar and Lithuanian London balances. Russia alleges that the Baltic States asked Britain to release the credits three days before seeking incorporation in the Soviet.
