Te Awarnutu was leading by 8 to 3 I at the Interval. McVerry and Teddy scoring and Teddy converting his own try. Rovers 1 came again in the last part of the match j and scored a further try which was uu- : In the third grade representative match ! for the Cucksey cup, Morrinsville was too good for Waipa and displayed better and Saltier scored ‘for the winner and Paterson kicked a penalty. Waipa’s points came from a try by llandcock which was converted by Bevin. Fourth grade games resulted: le Awamutu 9. Ohauipo 5; High School A 30, High School B 5.
