DOWN IN FLAMES
FATE OF ENEMY PLANES ATTACKS ON MALTA .(United Press Assn.— Elec. Tel. Copyright) MALTA, July 28 Fighters destroyed three enemy planes and anti-aircraft gunfire brought down one near Malta to-day. A British machine attacked three enemy fighters, following which one was shot down in flames and another out of control. Other British planes attacked several fighters, one of which broke up in mid-air. There were no British losses.
