ON EIRE-ULSTER BORDER ARMED MEN CAPTURED (United Press Assn.—Elec. Tel. Copyright) (Received July 29, 11 a.m.) BELFAST, July 28 A Iftrge quantity of material, including tommyguns, several rifles, revolvers and a large amount of ammunition, was seized when the police raided a house near the Ulster-Eire border. A number of armed men opened fire against the police, who returned the fire and captured six.
