YEAR’S PROFIT OF £16,951 (By Telegraph.—Special to Times) WELLINGTON, Friday A profit for the year of £16,951 is shown in the annual accounts of the Public Trust Office, which have been laid before the House of Representatives. In the annual report it is stated that new business reported for administration amounted to £5,880,776, representing the aggregate value of 3164 estates and funds, as compared with £6,314,532 and 3089 estates for the preceding year. The agrgegate value of the estates and funds under administration at March 31 last was £62,622,175, compared with £61,715,713 for the previous year. The deposit of wills had been maintained in satisfactory volume, the aggregate number on deposit at the end of the year, 97,675, being the highest total recorded. During the year 7204 new wills appointing the Public Trustee executor and trustee were deposited.
