MAKE THIS DELICIOUS CHOCOLATE MERINGUE a - oas. granulated sugar, 2-ozs. castor sugar, }h>z. Bournville Cocoa, 2 whites of egg. Sieve the castor sugar end cocos together. Sepsrite the yolks from whites of egg, best up the whites stiffly, whisk in the granulated sugar and lastly fold in the castor sugar and cocoa as lightly as possible, so as to avoid breaking down the bubbles in the whites of egg. Shape with 2 dessertspoons, placing them on to a meringue board or an oiled paper on a baking sheet. If preferred, the mixture can be put into a forcing bag and piped out, using a plain round forcer.
