Copyright) (Received December 23, 12.5 p.m.) SYDNEY, Dec. 23 The Sydney Morning Herald says that a company with a nominal capital of £1,000,000, will be formed soon by Australian Consolidated Industries, Limited, to manufacture motor cars in Australia. Production is expected to begin in about eighteen months. The company hopes to make 8000 vehicles in the first year, rising in five years to the production of 20,000 units annually.
