GERMAN FLEET
LEAVES HAMBURG BRITISH PLANE RAID WARSHIPS BOMBED (United Press Assn.—Elec. Tel. Copyright) (Received Dec. 23, 3.15 p.m.) PARIS, Dec. 22 British planes bombed German warships and patrolled their seaplane bases during the past 24 hours. It is semi-officially stated that the German Fleet has left Hamburg, half moving to the Baltic Sea and half to the North Sea, via the Kiel Canal.
