RAILWAY SHUNTERS’ EVENT OUTING AT CAMBRIDGE The Frankton Railway Shunters’ Council annual picnic was held on the Cambridge | racecourse recently and was attended by 1 a large number of members, their wives and families. The arrival of Santa Claus, conducted with musical honours, and a large assortment or toys, provided much enjoyment ror the children. Much of the success of this function was due to the generosity or business people in Frankton and Hamilton who donated valuable trophies. Prize-winners in children’s events were: Tiny tots, 8.
