Notes in the banking department, £27,900,000. Other Government securities, £565,200,000. Other securities, £3,100,000. Silver coin, £700,000. Banking Department Rest, £3,300,000. Public deposits, £34,500,000. Bankers’ deposits, £114,900,000. Other accounts, £40,400,000. Government securities, £145,200,000. Discounts and advances, £5,400,000. Other securities, £28,000,000. Notes and coin, £29,000,000. Ratio of reserve to liabilities, 15.23 per cent. The Bank of England discount rate remains unchanged at 2 per cent.
