Copyright) (Received Dec. 22, 3.15 p.m.) MELBOURNE, Dec. 22 A second charge of having shot with intent to murder was made against Langwedge Lawlor in the St. Hilda Court. On December 9 Lawlor was charged in connection with George Kelly. The second charge refers to Leslie Giles. Lawlor was remanded on both charges. Operations have been performed on both Giles and Kelly. The former is still very ill. The latter is progressing. On December 11 it was stated that the man who fired a shot outside the Duchess of Kent’s home in London, Langwedge V. Lawlor, was arrested and charged with having shot George Anderson Kelly, aged 32, with intent to murder him. Kelly and Leslie Giles, aged 32, were found in a St Kilda bach each shot in the back. Giles is in a critical condition.
