Copyright) NEW YORK, Dec. 16 The latest British and French orders for aeroplanes increase the European orders of the last 18 months to 3800, valued at more than 350,000,000 dollars. The aviation correspondent of the New York Times says the AngloFrench Commission’s orders for military supplies are relatively small. Some are for educational supplies. However large contracts can be expected later and these probably will increase the total war contracts to 1.000.000,000 dollars in the next six months.

Engine orders include.—France, 60,000.000 dolars’ worth: Britain and France 62,000.000 dollars’ worth. Exporters of general supplies and foodstuffs at present are disappointed , at their small orders.
