AMBASSADOR INCENSED ALLEGEDLY SNUBBED (United Press Assn.—Elec. Tel. Copyright) (Received Dec. 18, 3.15 p.m.) ROME, Dec. 17 The new Russian ambassador M. Gorelkin, who left Rome for Moscow, no reason being given for his departure according to the American press correspondent returned because Italy rejected conditions which he sought to impose tor the presentation of his credentials. M. Gorelkin considered he was snubbed and probably be will not return.
