SUNK OR CAPTURED?
A VALUABLE CARGO (United Press Assn.—Elec. Tel. Copyrlg-ht) SANTIAGO, Dec. 15 It is officially stated that the Duesseldorf was captured, not sunk. She carried foodstuffs and 700 tons of oil. Another message says a British cruiser is reported to have sunk the Duesseldorf off Caldera.
