To mark the end of the school year" the pupils or the Te Aroha District High school held a gala day in the secondary school grounds on Wednesday ror parents and friends. Displays of folk dancing and physical drill were given by me older pupil-. In the class rooms were exhibitions of the handwork and drawing done during the year. rile procession or decorated vehicles and rancy dress attracted good entries rrom the smaller children.
