Every occupier who fails or neglects to duly comply with any of the provisions of this section commits an offence against this Act.” NOTICE TO CLEAR LANDS BY 31ST DECEMBER, 1939, IS HEREBY GIVEN, and this advertisement is sufficient notification under the Act.
