Particular attention is drawn to the fact that, WITHOUT THE NECESSITY OF ANY NOTICE BEING SERVED, it is the CONTINUOUS OBLIGATION of all occupiers to clear their lands of RAGWORT and to keep them so cleared. Every occupier who fails or neglects to duly comply with any of the provisions of this section commits an offence against this Act.” NOTICE TO CLEAR LANDS BY 31ST DECEMBER, 1939, IS HEREBY GIVEN, and this advertisement is sufficient notification under the Act. Occupiers who have not complied with this notice after 31st December, 1939, are liable to prosecution without further notice. K. M.
