BEAUPARTIR IN THE CUP (By Telegraph.—Press Association) HASTINGS, Thursday There is a distinct possibility that Beaupartir will forego his engagement in the Auckland Cup, as his owner, Mr T. H. Lowry, would prefer him to contest the King’s Plate and the Clifford Plate and concentrate on the Wellington Cup, by which time he should be more seasoned than at present.
