CABINET RE=SHUFFLE
NO CHANGE IN COURSE (United Press Assn.—Elec. Tel. Copyright; STOCKHOLM, Dec. 13 The new Foreign Minister in the reconstructed Swedish Cabinet is M. Gunther. It is officially stated that M. Sandler tendered his resignation on December 2, the day before the German attacks on him began. It is believed that he advocated the fortification of the Aaland Islands. The Prime Minister, Dr Hanssen, in a broadcast speech, said the Cabinet reshuffle did not mean a change in Sweden's course.
