GERMAN APPEAL SA!D TO BE REJECTED LONDON. Dec 14 Uruguay apparently has rejected the German appeal to allow the Graf Spee to remain for thirty days. It is stated that London will not be surprised if the Graf Spec choses internment, although dramatic developments are expected. Reuter learns that the reinforcment of the cruisers make the movement of the Graf Spee impossible. According to a Berlin message Uruquay has informed Germany that the Graf Spee will not be permitted to remain over 24 hours. The Pans radio states that the Montevideo dockyard engineers refused the German Embassy's request to repair the Graf Spee. MAGNIFICENT STORY ATTACK BY LIGHT CRUISERS LONDON. Dec. 14 In the House of Lords. Lord Strabolgi said the public should be told the full magnificent story about the attack on the Graf Spee.
