ROAD ACCIDENTS
INCREASE IN BRITAIN DANGER OF BLACK-OUTS (United Press Assn.—Elec. Tel. Copyright) LONDON, Dec. 12 It is officially announced that 926 people were killed in road accidents, of which 674 occurred during blackouts, in November, compared with 919 in October and 613 in November, 1938.
