Copyright; (Received Dec. 13, 11 a.m.) MOSCOW, Dec. 12 A Red Army communique claims a continued advance on all fronts in Finland. There has been no aviation activity owing to the low ceiling. STOCKHOLM, Dec. 12 The Polish Minister at Helsinki and all members of the Legation have volunteered for service with the Finnish forces. Several hundred Polish students from Vilna, who were seeking to go to Finland to fight against Russia, were turned back at the LithuanianLatvian frontier. COPENHAGEN, Dec. 12 It is reported that the Finnish guerilla tactics continue successfully.

' It is stated that stocks of Ameri- { can trucks, medical supplies and oil : are held at strategic points in Europe and can be moved +o Finland rapidly.
