CLAY BIRD SHOOTING

FIXTURE AT MORRINSVILLE CLINCH CUP CHALLENGE With five events on the programme, a trophy shoot will be held by the MorrinsviUe Gun Club tomorrow. The shooting, which will be conducted on the five-track system in every match, will begin at 9.30 a.m. The first two matches will be a five-bird eye-opener and a 10-bird sweep, and they will be followed by a £25 open handicap of 15 birds. With teams of five men from the clubs of the district taking part a challenge match for the Clinch Memorial Cup will be held, and next will be a trophy shoot of 16 birds. It is expected that entries will be received from many parts of the district and a high standard of shooting should be the order.
