ALLIES AND TURKEY RATIFICATION OF TREATY DESIRE FOR CO-OPERATION (Omctal Wireless) (Received Nov. 10, 3.15 p.m.) RUGBY, Nov. 9 It is expected that the instruments of ratification of the Anglo-French-Turkish treaty will be formally exchanged to-day between London and Ankara. M. Saracoglu, Turkish Foreign Minister, told the Turkish Assembly that the treaty was not due to the recent crisis only but was the natural consequence of a long series of events which led Britain, France and Turkey to co-operate and trust one another. Referring to the second protocol, M. Saracoglu said it showed Turkey’s friendly feelings toward Russia. Agreement with Bulgaria Notes exchanged yesterday between Viscount Halifax and the Bulgarian Minister in London embody an agreement to facilitate current trade and payments between the two countries. The agreement is without political significance, either in its contents or implications.
