Copyright) (Received Nov. 10, 3.15 p.m.) OTTAWA, Nov. 9 The Government has ordered a clearing twenty feet in width along the Quebec-Maine border, to aid officials in the detection of alien saboteurs and spies who may attempt to cross from the United States.
