(Received Nov. 10, 11 a.m.) PARIS, Nov. 9 According to a report from the German frontier the Crown Prince was arrested and has been on parole for a fortnight, as a result of demonstrations in favour of the restoration of the monarchy. LONDON, Nov. 9 At the resumption of the case in which Princess Stephane of Hohenlohe—Waldenbourg sued Lord'Rothermere for breach of contract the princess stated that she often saw Hitler at Rothermere’s instructions. Rothermere told her in 1932: “Now is the time to boost the monarchy. You will be one of the most important women in Europe.”
