Radio Policy Criticised Strong criticism of the Government in deciding to spend between £70,000 and £BO,OOO on a new IZB commercial radio station iu Auckland was expressed oy several speakers at a mass meeting of farmers at Tirau yesterday. Mr D. V. Bryant, of Hamilton, the one person at the gathering to speak in favour of the guaranteed price for dairy produce, when asked if he agreed with the Government’s proposal to rebuild the station at the sum mentioned, replied emphatically in the negative.
