EXPRESS DELAYED
HUNTLY DERAILMENT ENGINE TENDER AND VAN LITTLE DAMAGE FROM MISHAP (Special to Times) HUNTLY, Friday The New Plymouth-Auckland express was delayed about an hour last night as the result of the engine, tender and first van being derailed when running over a set ot points at the Huntly station. At the time the train was moving slowly and little damage resulted from the mishap, which occurred about 10 p.m. It took about an hour to tranship the luggage from the derailed van and clear the line. The express was coupled to an engine which was waiting at Huntly and the train moved to another track, the van being replaced before it went south. No one was injured. Gangs worked throughout the night and the engine and van were replaced on the rails this morning.
