M. MOLOTOFF’S SPEECH
CHARGE AGAINST ITALY DENIAL FROM ROME PEACE EFFORTS CITED (United Pree. A»in.—Elec. Tel. copyrlrM, LONDON, Nov. 7 The speech by the Soviet Foreign Minister, M. Mototofl, in which he attacked Italy for waiting to claim a share of the spoils in the war, was the subject of a reply from the Rome radio station, which said: “ It accused the United States and other neutrals of profiteering, but the Russians seem to forget that they themselves have made important and industrial concessions to Germany. The charge of opportunism against Italy can be refuted by citing Italy's peace efforts and impartiality since the present conflict started."

RECEPTION AT EMBASSY PRESENTING CREDENTIALS (United Pre.s Assn.—Elec. Tel. Copyrlrnt) LONDON, Nov. 8 The Berlin correspondent of the British United Press states that for the first time in Hitler’s regime prominent Nazis attended a reception at the Russian Embassy. The reception marked the presentation of the credentials of the Russian Ambassador.
