FEMALE CLERK CHARGED £637 INVOLVED (By Telejrrapn.—Special to Times) WAIPUKURAU, Wednesday In the Magistrate’s Court today Doris Jones, a female clerk, employed by the Waipukurau County, was charged with the theft between October, 1935, and October, 1939, of the council’s funds amounting to £637 11s. Accused was rdmanded until November 17, bail being granted at £2OO and two sureties for the same amount.
