Awamutu. The results were (Claudelands scores being given first): B — - 26, 26—16, 26—19, 26—19, 25—16, 18—26; 26—18; 11—26. The unfinished game was 18—19 in favour of the home team. Visiting players were: Mesdameg Cleverly, Hargreaves, Mullins, Fow, Church, Wells, Paton, Cubis, Gore, Livingstone, Lendrum, Howe. Andrew, Salisbury, Curling, Lamprell, and the Misses Murray and I. Jones.
