GERMAN DEMANDS
PRESENTED TO NORWAY THE CITY OF FLINT (United Press Assn.—-Elec. Tel. Copyright) (Received Nov. 7, 11.40 a.m.) LONDON, Nov. 6 The Berlin correspondent of the British United Press states that Germany has submitted three demands to Norway apropos of the City of Flint, the legality of which German and Norwegian jurists are examining. They embrace the release of the German prize crew, the detention or surrender of the ship and cargo to Germany, and the detention of the ship until negotiations are concluded.
