RUSSIA AND FINLAND
AWAITING FULL REPORT \ ANNIVERSARY OF REVOLUTION REBUTTAL OF CHARGES (Ualted Press Assn—Elec. Tel. Copyil(bt) LONDON, Nov. 6 The Finnish Cabinet is awaiting a full report from its delegates in Moscow before sending them fresh instructions. It is not expected that a reply to the latest Russian proposals will be sent for three or four days. The Moscow correspondent of the British Associated Press reports that the negotiations are probably being suspended during the three-day celebration of the 22nd anniversary of the Red Revolution, which commenced today. The entire Swedish press rebuts the charges published in the Moscow newspaper Pravda concerning Sweden’s attitude toward the Finnish problem, says the Stockholm correspondent of the Times. The papers state that Swedish politicians do not take orders from “Western masters” or from anyone else outside Sweden.
