WOMEN’S GOLF

TE AROHA CLUB PRESENTATION OF TROPHIES (Special to Times) TE AROHA, Monday. On the concluding- day or the Te Aroha Ladles’ Goir Club’s season mixed foursomes were played, the winners being- Mrs A. J. Clarke and Miss Revell. During- the afternoon the club's president, Mr R. L. Somers, presented the various trophies won during the season as follows:—Champion or club. Mrs A. K. McLeod; junior championship, Mrs H. Kennedy; Bliss Rose Bowl, Miss B. Manning; D.C.L. Cup. Miss Revell; Martin Cup, Mrs H. Kennedy. During the season L.G.U. medals were won by the following players:—Silver division. Miss Revell; bronze division. Mrs Jf. Kennedy; eclectic division, Miss J. Hepburn. The trophy for the bogey aggregate was presented by Mrs J. A. Hepburn to Miss Revell. The Somers Medals for monthly play will be presented to the following players at the annual meeting- of the elub:—May, Miss Maingay; June, Mrs 11. Kennedy: July. Mrs Kennedy; August, Mrs Bamfleld; September. Miss Maingay; October, Miss J Hepburn.
