£1875 DAMAGES AWARDED
CHILD INJURED IN ACCIDENT (By Telegraph.— Press Association) WELLINIGTON, Tuesday Damages amounting to £1875 wer# awarded by a jury in the Supreme Court in an action taken on behalf of lan James Waterhouse, aged seven, who suffered permanent partial disability from a fracture of the left thigh, received when he was knocked down by a motor-car in Kilbimie. Defendants admitted liability, the jury being asked merely to assess damages.
