Copyright) (Received Nov. 7, 3 p.m.) LONDON, Nov. 6 The Delhi correspondent of the Associated Press of Great Britain states that the Viceroy of India celebrated the marriage of his daughter, Lady Ann Hope, to Lieutenant Patrick Southby, of the Royal Navy, Aide-de-Camp to the Viceroy, by free meals to 5000 poor people.
