WOMAN DROWNED
MISSED WHILE FISHING (Special to Times) WHANGAREI, Sunday Mrs Florence Louise Butler, a widow, aged 67, of Whangarei, was drowned while fishing on Saturday afternoon. She descended from the wharf on to a barge, and a little later was missed. A search resulted in the recovery of the body, but artificial respiration was unsuccessfuL
