These conversations are very comprehensive and include the foreign . policy in the light of the general I political situation and strategic | issues, shipping and supply matters. | The main problem is to find the 1 best method whereby the Dominions can each progressively make their | most effective contribution to the , common cause in man-power, material and resources. While the conversations will greatly facilitate this, the decisions must finally rest with the individual Governments of the British Commonwealth and their respective Parliaments. It is not proposed to create a permanent Ministerial body : in London to carry on the work, but I the specialists, including the service I officers, and economic supply experts ; who accompanied the Ministers to London will remain as part of the j enlarged staff, acting in conjunction j with the High Commissioners, to deal with war problems.
