Copyright) (Received Nov. 4, 11 a.m.) ROME, Nov. 3 The Italian Note to Greece declares that Italy shares Greece’s intention of continuing her peace policy, to which Italy is profoundly attached. ATHENS, Nov. 3 The Ankara correspondent of the Athens Neahellas declares that following the British-French-Turkish treaties Italy is seeking collaboration in the Balkans, especially with Turkey and Greece, and indirectly with Britain and France, with the object of countering the Soviet’s efforts to become the protector of the Balkans.
