PLAN FOR COLLABORATION OVERTURES BY GERMANY OPPOSITION TO SOVIET Tress Assn.—Elm. Tel. Coin-rlmt, PARIS. Nov. 3 The Polish P'oreign Minister, M. A. revealed in an interview that Herr von Ribbentrop on March 21 V approached the Polish Ambassador in Berlin with a plan for Polish- ‘ German collaboration against Russia. Vo-1 Ribbentrop first suggested to the Ambassador in October, 1938, that Poland and Germany should join forces in their colonial claims. This was unsuccessful and was then followed by the suggestion that the two countries should work to bring down the Soviet regime. Again Poland turned a deaf ear.
