WAR FILMS SPEEDED UP “HITLER, THE BEAST” Hollywood is speeding up its production of topical war-interest films. M.G.M. is to re-make “Journey’s End,” plans “I Had a Comrade,” and is ready with “Thunder Afloat.” Columbia, it is stated, may reissue “All Quiet on the Western Front” and its sequel, “The Road Back.” R.K.O. has “Nurse Edith Cavell” and Goldwyn “Disputed Passage.”
